Real Results: Before and After Our Touch
The problem:
The Alvarez family had a bare graded lot behind the house — no drainage, no shade, and nowhere flat enough to put a table. Two monsoons had washed the grade toward the back door.
What we did:
Regraded away from the house, put in a cobble dry creek to carry the runoff, laid a 540 sq ft paver terrace, built a seat wall and fire pit, kept a lawn where the kids actually play, and edged the whole thing in desert-adapted planting that carries it through July.

Free, about an hour, no sales pitch. We look at the grade, the drainage and what the sun does to it in August.
You see a drawing
Within a week: a plan, real plant names, and a fixed price broken down by part so you can cut a line if you want to.
We build it
A start date and an end date in the contract. One foreman, one phone number, photos at the end of every day.
We hand it over
We walk it with you, set the timers, and leave a one-page sheet on what to water and when. Two-year warranty on the build.

Two brothers, then nine of us.
Beto and Marco Bravo started in 2008 with one truck, a plate compactor and a front yard on Fort Lowell. Eighteen years later there are nine of us and the same rule: if we quoted it, we build it.
We stayed small enough that one of the brothers is on every job at least once a week, and big enough to carry our own hardscape, irrigation and planting crews instead of renting them.

Before you call
The questions everybody asks.
What does a backyard actually cost?
A paver terrace with a seat wall and planting lands between $14,000 and $30,000 for most Tucson lots, depending on square footage and how much regrading it needs. Front-yard xeriscapes start around $6,000. You get a fixed number on a drawing before you commit to anything.
How long from signing to finished?
Two to four weeks on site for a typical backyard, and we are usually booking five to seven weeks out. Both dates go in the contract.
Do you charge for the consultation or the drawing?
No. The visit, the plan and the fixed quote are free, and the drawing is yours whether you hire us or not.
Will my yard survive a Tucson summer?
That is the whole job. Plants are chosen for this climate, irrigation is sized to them, and we set the timers before we leave. Anything we plant that fails in the first two years we replace.
What happens when the monsoon hits a fresh build?
We grade away from the house first and put drainage in before anything decorative goes down. If your yard already floods, say so on the call — it changes the plan, not the price.
Do you do maintenance after the build?
Yes, and about two thirds of our build clients stay on it. Same crew that built it, monthly or seasonal, cancel any time.
